Relax. There’s no shame in talking about sex. Freeing your mind from social stigmas, tensions or “should” or “should-not’s” is the first step into reclaiming the power of your sexual energy. When we own our sexuality, your whole world transforms!

I know what you are thinking… “Easier said than done”, right? Well, here are some tips on how to begin your journey into a more fun, more pleasurable and healthier sex life.

Challenge all judgements and practice some self-love.

Begin by forgetting everything you’ve ever heard about sex and what your surroundings consider “right” or “wrong”. Ask yourself what your personal feelings are about your personal sexuality; if you judge yourself from past experiences that have left you feeling ashamed or guilty and why?

Getting to know yourself from your most intimate point of view is the most loving thing you can do for yourself. Decide what your thoughts are concerning your personal sexuality and how you express it.

If you don’t know your own sexual expression, you can’t communicate it to others.

Allow yourself to wildly fantasize!

Now, all judgements aside, what do you like?

In your own space and time ask yourself: What does your sexual expression feel like, look like, smell like, sound like? Exercise your mind and deeply question what your deepest desires are.

Remember: this is your own safe space, there are no judgements here. When a thought comes to mind that shames and overwhelms you, face it and challenge it and let your fantasies and desires run free.

Well, hello there!

Don’t be afraid to explore your body. As we said before, practicing self-love is the best gift you can give yourself. What kind of touches arouse your body and your mind, how you like being touched and where you like being touched will not only increase your confidence, because you won’t depend on others to give you sexual pleasure, as you know how to please yourself, but will also provide you the tools into guiding others to the ideas of what pleases and stimulates you, providing a more pleasurable sexual experience.

Self-love is free from judgements, distortions, deceptions and delusions of a mind that have become conditioned by guilt or shame.

A stronger connection with yourself will also lead to a stronger connection with others.

Let it go. Let it flow and just ENJOY!
