The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Why Don't We” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:45pm (ET).

International Shipping Information
Shipping rates can vary by country. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.

When will my order be shipped?
See the status of your order in your account. Express delivery options are shipped on the same day, if your order is received by 2:45 pm ET. Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.
All defects must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly issue a replacement of the same item or store credit in the form of an WHY DON'T WE e-Gift Card.You can report defective items by opening and RMA case in "My Account"
Please note, WHY DON'T WE may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective.A return shipping label for a defective item may or may not be administered by our staff on a case by case basis.Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement order process to be completed.
Refund for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package*?
Claims for packages lost or damaged must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered". Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered")must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Due to the personal nature of our products we’re not able to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.
Order Cancelation For A Refund:
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file.
WHY DON'T WE offers a 6-months warranty on all rechargeable and battery-powered items purchased through WHY DON'T WE directly or any Authorized Re-Seller. Please note that due to the nature of our products, claims are valid due to defective items only. Warranty replacement is only valid for same model or same value replacement in the case of discontinued or out-of-stock product. WHY DON'T WE does not accept returns, as items cannot be resold due to health considerations. WHY DON'T WE does not offer any grace period for returns for any reason other than defect or manufacturing error.
